About Zara
I have always been driven and curious, excelling in school and building a successful career. Yet beneath these accomplishments, I sensed a deeper longing—for balance, true health, and a life aligned with my inner self. Life had lessons beyond ambition and routine, lessons that would ultimately guide the path I now share with others. It was during this search for balance that I met my husband, whose gentle guidance introduced me to meditation, yoga, and energy practices. Together, we navigated the challenges of building our own family—moments of patience, growth, and resilience that would shape not only our lives but the energy of our home. Through these practices, we learned to nurture our bodies, align our energy, and create harmony, transforming our wellbeing and laying the foundation for the life we wished to build. The blessing of our twin boys was the direct result of this journey, and their arrival deepened it even further. Motherhood inspired me to embody presence, calm, and resilience, and strengthened my desire to explore practices that support both body and mind. What began as a personal journey naturally extended outward—sharing guidance, tools, and healing practices with friends, students, teachers, medical staff, seniors, and those who serve their communities.
My approach is gentle, intuitive, and empowering, allowing healing to unfold naturally rather than feeling forced. Through sound healing, breathwork, somatic guidance, coaching, and the art of manifestation, I now share these practices to help others slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful, lasting shifts.
